Adem\u00e1s, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de expresidentes de la liga. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-12296 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_2639-300x193.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" \/><br \/>\nLa sesi\u00f3n solemne dio inicio con un minuto de silencio en homenaje a directivos y jugadores fallecidos y, tambi\u00e9n, tuvo lugar un acto de premiaci\u00f3n y un brindis a cargo de Patricio Vera, tesorero de la liga.<br \/>\nRa\u00fal D\u00e1valos, presidente de la liga agradecio y destac\u00f3 los avances logrados en cuanto a la infraestructura, adem\u00e1s de la creaci\u00f3n de una cancha sint\u00e9tica. Acto seguido, se dio lectura de una carta de felicitaci\u00f3n elaborada por Omar Cevallos, concejal del DMQ, quien dese\u00f3 el mejor de los \u00e9xitos en el desempe\u00f1o del trabajo y compromiso con el deporte barrial. Por su parte, Beatriz Ju\u00e1rez, hizo alusi\u00f3n al trabajo realizado como instituci\u00f3n, resaltando el papel fundamental que tienen los deportistas en este proceso.<br \/>\nDurante la sesi\u00f3n solemne, se dio un reconocimiento a los expresidentes de la instituci\u00f3n. En su representaci\u00f3n, C\u00e9sar Pilaquinga, expresidnete intervino con un discurso efusivo en el que enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de una norma que unifique la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva, ya que el deportista est\u00e1 perdiendo su identidad. \u201cAlgunos deportistas que terminan su partido a las 2 de la tarde, a las 4 ya se encuentran jugando en otras ligas. Adem\u00e1s, ya no defienden las camisetas, sino los 30, 40 o hasta 50 d\u00f3lares que se dice que ganan\u201d.<br \/>\nFinalmente, se premi\u00f3 a los equipos ganadores de segunda, primera y m\u00e1xima categor\u00eda en el campeonato 2019-2020 y se realiz\u00f3 un brindis a cargo del tesorero de la liga.<br \/>\nLa Liga Deportiva Barrial \u201cChaupicruz\u201d, denominada la decana del deporte barrial de Quito, fue fundada el 12 de junio de 1936, bajo el lema: \u201cCon la juventud nunca se logra lo que se quiere, pero nunca se pierde lo que se hace\u201d. Este lema guio a un grupo de personas a crear una instituci\u00f3n que permita la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva, especialmente, el f\u00fatbol. El primer directorio de la liga estuvo conformado por: Segundo Osorio, presidente y fundador; Sr. Miguel Ontaneda, vicepresidente; Sr. Miguel Sandoval,
