{"id":11324,"date":"2021-11-25T21:44:56","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T21:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/?p=11324"},"modified":"2021-11-25T21:44:56","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T21:44:56","slug":"incentivo-tributario-para-el-deporte-y-el-sector-privado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/incentivo-tributario-para-el-deporte-y-el-sector-privado\/","title":{"rendered":"Incentivo Tributario para el deporte y el sector privado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro Sebasti\u00e1n Palacios y la directora del Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), Marisol Andrade, presentaron esta tarde la nueva normativa y el aplicativo digital que facilita el tr\u00e1mite del incentivo tributario a favor del deporte. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, el ministro Sebasti\u00e1n Palacios inst\u00f3 al sector privado a invertir en deporte para poder deducir hasta el 100% adicional del c\u00e1lculo de la base imponible del Impuesto a la Renta. Los nuevos avances para aplicar a este beneficio hicieron al proceso m\u00e1s sencillo y accesible, gracias a que es totalmente en l\u00ednea y a que se simplific\u00f3 en un 49 %, pasando de 47 a 23 pasos, mejorando significativamente los tiempos de respuesta al usuario. \u201cBuscamos que haya m\u00e1s recursos para el deporte, para que m\u00e1s sue\u00f1os sean cumplidos. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11325 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/incentivo-tributario-300x165.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con una normativa confusa, con reformas que no eran claras. Con este trabajo en equipo entregamos una normativa actualizada y un aplicativo que brinda seguridad jur\u00eddica\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Palacios. El proceso incluye registro de usuario, calificaci\u00f3n de prioridad de programa o proyecto, certificaci\u00f3n de publicidad, promoci\u00f3n o patrocinio y seguimiento de programas y proyectos. Este avance le permitir\u00e1 al sector deportivo contar con mayores recursos para su desarrollo y sostenibilidad.<br \/>\nEl Ministerio del Deporte dar\u00e1 seguimiento de los gastos de publicidad y patrocinio a favor del deporte, con el fin de informar al ente rector de las finanzas p\u00fablicas y al SRI. \u201cPara acceder al beneficio tributario se debe entregar directamente los recursos, sin intermediaci\u00f3n. Debe estar sustentado en documentos, comprobantes de pago, contrato.
