Segundo Osorio, primer presidente, junto a otras grandes dirigentes firmaron el acta constitutiva del nacimiento de la \u201cdecana\u201d. <!--more--><br \/>\nLa primera directiva que abri\u00f3 las p\u00e1ginas de la historia en el deporte barrial: Segundo Osorio, presidente, acompa\u00f1ado de Jos\u00e9 Moreta, Luis Mosquera, Segundo Carrera, Segundo Castro, Le\u00f3nidas Ponce, Jos\u00e9 Saa, Luis Antonio Ron entro otros. Seg\u00fan la historia, los tres clubes que dieron inicio a la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva organizada en la liga fueron: Ecuador, Roosevet y Andes Independientes. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10448 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/chaupicruz--300x252.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"252\" \/><br \/>\nEl f\u00fatbol, voleibol, pelota nacional, fueron parte de la recreaci\u00f3n deportiva en la liga, luego se ampliaron otros torneos de acuerdo al tiempo y requerimientos de la matriz barrial, Federaci\u00f3n de Ligas. En las p\u00e1ginas de la historia del deporte barrial, se destaca, ser una de las ligas fundadoras de la matriz cantonal de Quito. En lo deportivo los equipos como Mariscal Sucre, Juvenil Chaupicruz han puesto en lo alto la bandera de la Liga, al igual que varias selecciones o clubes en diferentes disciplinas deportivas han sobresalido.<br \/>\nEste esfuerzo se complementa al ser sede de un cuadrangular internacional de f\u00fatbol en el cual participaron equipos de Ecuador y Colombia en los a\u00f1os 80. Uno de los referentes que tambi\u00e9n luce en esta historia, quien sudo la camiseta, paseo su t\u00e9cnica y habilidad en la cancha de liga Chaupicruz y luego salt\u00f3 a la cancha profesional fue Carlos Rene Ron Corella, quien visti\u00f3 el uniforme de Roosevelt, Juvenil Chaupicruz luego la del Aucas, Nacional y la selecci\u00f3n de Ecuador.<br \/>\nEn la actualidad se mantiene la tradici\u00f3n, lamentablemente la pandemia por Coronavirus-19, virus que paraliz\u00f3 y cerr\u00f3 las puertas de los escenarios deportivos en los barrios, se dej\u00f3 de realizar la actividad deportiva- recreativa, va un a\u00f1o y cinco meses que no hay actividad.<br \/>\nLa directiva ha realizado gestiones para mejorar la infraestructura, Ra\u00fal D\u00e1valos, presidente, consigui\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de la cancha de indorf\u00fatbol con c\u00e9sped sint\u00e9tico gracias al apoyo de la Asamblea de Barrios, as\u00ed contar con otro espacio deportivo para la \u201cdecana\u201d.<br \/>\n85 a\u00f1os de constancia, gesti\u00f3n, obras y actividad deportiva son parte de las p\u00e1ginas de Liga Chuapicruz que casa adentro festeja su cumplea\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La vocaci\u00f3n, la confraternidad y el servicio al barrio fueron los ingredientes para crear la Liga Deportiva Barrial Chaupicruz, el 12 de junio de 1936; adem\u00e1s fue una de las ligas fundadoras de la Federaci\u00f3n de Ligas de Quito.
