El alcalde de Mej\u00eda, Roberto Hidalgo, felicit\u00f3 al nuevo mandatario de la matriz cantonal. <!--more--><br \/>\nCon la asistencia de nueve ligas jur\u00eddicas, representados por el presidente y un delegado se inici\u00f3 el proceso electoral; en primer t\u00e9rmino fue la acreditaci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n de documentos, a las 19h00 se inici\u00f3 la sesi\u00f3n con la bienvenida del presidente saliente, Jorge J\u00e1come, quien dio paso de la direcci\u00f3n de la asamblea a los representantes de Fedebyp, Wilmer Padilla y Galo Y\u00e1nez, autoridades principales de la Federaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ligas. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10380 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/chasquideportivo.com\/ecrt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/elecciones-mejia-2021-300x142.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"142\" \/><br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n se hizo presente el coordinador de la Zona 2 del Ministerio del Deporte, Dani Sarume\u00f1o. Los delegados presentes mocionaron para la presidencia de la Federaci\u00f3n de Ligas de Mej\u00eda a dos candidatos, Marcelo Herrera y Amparo Quinga. Seis ligas votaron a favor de Marcelo Herrera, mientras que dos filiales dieron su apoyo a la se\u00f1ora, Amparo Quinga y una abstenci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl nuevo directorio qued\u00f3 estructurado de la siguiente manera: Presidente, Marcelo Herrera; vicepresidente, Hugo Torres; secretario, Telmo Guzm\u00e1n; tesorero, Milton Carpio; vocales principales: Francisco de la Cruz, Edgar Pozo, Edgar Yaguari; suplentes: Enrique Garc\u00eda, Juan Carlos Toral y Jimena Asimbaya.<br \/>\nPosteriormente los principales de la Federaci\u00f3n Provincial de Ligas de Pichincha, realizaron la toma de juramento a los nuevos dictator\u00edos.
